Re Jarad, IF his history was overlooked when he was hired and QBL failed to recognise this then just so. I know its been stated that he was only an applicant for the position and was at the interview process but IF this was said to avoid embarrassment to the company then just say so too. I am sure most of us would appreciate the sincerity and I think it would be a turning point for any of us questioning the honesty of the company. I am sure most of us have said things we shouldn't to because we were worried the effect it would have on our reputations. Personally I don't really have a problem with it. If my past had an influence on job opportunities I would be unemployable People change and deserve to be judged on current merits.
