To new shareholders of BGS – wanting to vote 'yes' instructions, page-149

In a few short weeks the resource will be upgraded. The way i see it is:

A. Current BOD stay and they sell 100 % Li asset for $150-180m usd (dirt cheap worst case).

B. New management are in and we JV, Finanace and BOA all the way to producing. Possibly $800m-1.5b usd market value by then. (Obviously the preferred)

Hmmm unless there is an option C where we loose everything not many will sell that believe we will make option A or B a reality.

Patients needed and Im holding untill A or B is achieved regardless of tomorrows votes. Good luck all.

Not to mention many have continued to accumulate over past 4 months as sp has been trading downward. I think many of those shares are in good hands.
