To new shareholders of BGS – wanting to vote 'yes' instructions, page-150

Well tomorrow is the big day, lots of heated discussion and normally that is good. But some posts have come very close to the bone so to speak.

As shareholders we have certain rights and ML and his original 5% crew are simply exercising those rights. They and the existing board have the right to petition other share holders for their vote. So base on the information presented to me I made my decision, I voted in favour of change.

My reasons are my own and I have expressed them in recent posts. So whatever happens tomorrow I will respect the decision of the meeting and I will continue to support OUR company. I have no intention of selling any of my shares, we have great assets and should the existing board win the day they are now aware of our grievances . I am confident they will amend their actions and consider this a win win situation,

So lets respect each others choices and each other . Best of luck tomorrow which ever way you voted.
