I see this all too often. The "good ol boys" are kept because that's what we've always done.

Business HAS changed. We don't abuse our employees for being weak when they can't work in 45 degrees for 16 hours, we don't think of women as less than men, we don't use nicknames or informal names in emails and meetings, hell these days you can't get a job at the supermarket without a degree in cash transactions from customers.
The status quo in business no longer exists. If you can't adapt from day to day in the local deli let alone an ASX listed company it is time to move on.
The negative messages from the sub 10 post group are as suspect as the old board for the last 12 months.
