TO of CUE imminent OGOG moves to acquire 100% of NZOG, page-18

There are condition to compulsory acquisition under the Corporations Act and the option is only available after formal take over where 90% of outstanding capital has been acquired.

From my experience, the share register of CUE is riddled with small shareholders and includes funds that have a relatively insignificant stake. I know because I wrote to all those holding 50k or more share in 2016! Given that there's essentially 35% of "free-float" in the CUE register and SPC/CNOOC, who wont sell less than their acquisition price of $0.30+, OG/NZOG will have buckley's of getting to 90%!

The Cue Small Shareholder Group represents over 5% of the register and over 98% of the holders have remained in the group for the 3 years since inception. This group is informed and appraised of the upside in CUE, particularly in respect of the Ironbark prospect.
