I would be guessing. But the drilling timetable may be a factor in driving the 'ethical approach' of OGOG, ie snare NZOG and CUE asap before the riches are verified. Offering a premium of 25% is quick and clean and we have no choice. We have little power as minority holders. Then they drill and the value of CUE shares would have been $1 each. That's the ASX for you.
