not true, it's business as usual in a low price environment. Nothing new there.
1. Produce to meet costs and nominations
2. Turn down on exploration
3. Increase opex maintenance and reduce capex project costs
4. Reduce head count.
Oil industry has been doing this in cycles for decades.
