At current level, CAP is very attractive for me.

The continuous debt crisis and slowing global economy fuel selling small caps.

The main factor what CAP keeps dropping, may be due to high capital expenditure, $2.8b. The current market does not support high capital expenditure juniors such as PLV which is trading at 18.6% of its 52weeks' high.

CAP is trading at 25% of its 52week's high. Should see value at this level.
