Open sp today at a pretty huge discount !........Mineral securities opening price today indicates each Scarborough share is under valued by 22 cents. Scarborough IAP is $1.54 and should be trading at $1.76 to match the MSX IAP of $2.20, i.e., when the merge takes place and each 5 SRB shares are exchanged for 4 MSX shares.
SRB's post merger price on today's opening has been a similar discount for some time. The MSX sp keeps moving upwards as has srb but has maintained the discount.
