Indijo,I heartily agree that a pooling of resources- a formation of a shareholder pressure group ideally with a total of shares 15% plus-would be a good way to go.As I've mentioned in the past,individual shareholders are the weakest part of the Registry and we all know what happens to the weak in the Stock Market.A group of determined shareholders would be able to get better treatment I feel.The ability to call for and get an EGM and put questions is one strategy that could be employed.I'm not familiar with Company Law but I believe that can be done.I stand to be corrected,though.
