If he has a false CV with credentials he did not earn, and used that to get the CEO job, then what does that say about the other senior people who were around him at the time. Did they not know this or did they play along? This is terrible and if true, at the very least, he should be stripped of any stock that was given to him free of charge. Imagine the damage this could have done to customer sentiment or brand value. Not good.
