    I dont know much about transol.

    I know that the capital cost to install is less than RDF . I am also told that there system misses up to 20% of citations that the RDF system would get.

    They have 3 contracts in California .

    They seem to be just trying to get some market share at this stage. In the long run this is a recipe for disaster as they are locking themselves into 5 year contracts which are not going to be profitable.
    They are currently bidding $48 a citation versus RDF $89 in California. At such a low rate I cannot see how they are going to make a profit

    In the long term they have to be high risk. It will take them a couple of years before they canl become profitable and they only have around 5M I think. Not much money in this business

    In the short term who knows. If they make some announcements could easily run up.

    Poltech managed to get there share price really high on little sustance at all.

    I am sticking to RDF. I know it is a certain winner.
