I for one would like to find out the full story but do wonder if we will hear it (either due to legal reasons or deals done with the government)

Considering that management rely on legal counsel for these matters and they would have been given a couple of options with probable outcomes, I'm not sure how you would apply failure to them unless you just believe in apportioning blame to the top of the list.

Keep in mind that our management have not blabbed to the press (unlike PC who may have weakened WPL's legal chances by doing so), can you find any real evidence of incompetence in this area? All I've seen in this area is some members in the WPL forum crowing that PE will fail due to FAR incompetece but I simply see this as propaganda and have seen nothing to date to support their claims.

Just my musings on a quiet Sunday.
