On the hypothetical situation of FAR dropping PE, the most likely information accompanying it will be some notification of benefit in doing so (concessions granted). You will not hear "sorry, based on legal advice we are dropping it" as the only info.
But I personally think the odds are quite good we're going to arbitration and haven't seen anything yet to change my mind. Might revisit this next week as we're getting an unprecedented level of announcements almost on a daily basis.
