    The timing right from LNG's perspective?
    The timing right from any other predator's perspective?

    And if I had those sort of answers, I wouldn't need to be posting here, would I :)

    Here are a couple of suggestions from a simple fellow.

    The timing would be right in general terms, when the share price and/or the market sentiment is well below the predator's own evaluation of the company.

    What needs to happen? Someone will need the gas in a hurry, or more than one party needs the gas in the not too distant future.

    BTW I wasn't suggesting anything other than trying to explain Kiwis assertion that, LNG have lost interest.
