    I have no idea what the divs will be in 2013. Too many variables at moment incl ore price, and infrastructure ownership.

    However, if all the cards fall mmx's way i expect the 1st year divs to pay off my entire investment and thereafter I will never have to work again. But it would have to be a dream run for mmx.
