pretty ugly agreement...
La Jolla seems to have a few more issues to go until the 2.5milion is reached. Its really a shame these small cap companies get tied in with really blood sucking financing agreements, PRR is another example. I bet SpringTree are kicking themselves now for capping the price for so long at around 13c..but thats another story.
Thanks for your explanation ds also, as you said earlier, sp seems to want to move upwards even though such agreement is in place so i guess its worth a ST BUY.
