Sorry Aussie , I certainly cannot agree with your statement above for the following reasons ,
We are expecting another deal this quarter , it will be a larger telco than Spark , the base service will most likely be around the same revenue of $275,000 pa , but the premium will provide a much larger return .
I would expect a multiple of 3 to 4 times , somewhere between $675,000 and $900,000 in comparison to the $225,000 from Spark .
So when you consider that the Spark business plan revenue is estimated at $500,000 pa , the larger telco revenue will be between $950,000 to $1,175,000 pa .
Once we know who this expected deal is with we will be able to calculate a more accurate estimated revenue return based upon our knowledge of the Spark deal and the size of the new telco .
This new deal will certainly move the existing share price upwards , well beyond it’s current level .
I would also expect a number of deals from existing pilots to consistently flow over the next few months as we are well and truly in the 12 to 18 month window .
We are also expecting the on foot partnerships to with Oracle , Metaswitch and a new UK vendor to be announced shortly , again this will also raise the share price higher .
With hundreds of telcos looking to upgrade legacy systems and introduce visual voicemail Norwood , along with these partnerships have extraordinary growth opportunities in the telecommunications revolution taking place .
Will the next deal trigger the 0.08 cent options raising much needed cash or will a CR be required , maybe a combination of both . Time will tell ...
