Careful DIB. NOR is still very much in it's infancy stage. Ie: Still relies heavily on the financial teat of risk thirsty backers. For it's full potential to be realized, macro market conditions MUST be conducive to investors exploring risk. Another red day or two globally, and it's a very different game NOR enters into.
