That is the question.
I have been busy elsewhere but have tried to keep track of DOW. I realise that Fairfax has some anti-DOW bias (kind of like the Libs) but I doubt they would have issued that story last week without some basis.
Then I checked the SP through the week and nothing gave. Surely if a CR is coming at a "20% discount to current price" the SP would have tanked. But nothing.
Does anyone have a clue what is going on? Have I missed some other info?
