All I am saying is that you can ride the rises in the DOW equally well in a bear market as the precentage rises will be greater if the timing is right.
For a people that are down 90% of their money there is not much further to fall if you are entering the market into quality blue chip stocks. The market is supporting this view, thats for sure.
