re: to raise $100mil It is a kite flying exercise.
In the past AVM have had access to some reasonable debt supported by meeting milestones.
The final equity amount raised will be below $50m. Remember instos do not put money in until they have done due diligence and can see a return.
AVM have to pay a dividend at sometime and will not want another 125m + shares to service when it has accessed debt in the past.
