Good question sbk120. DCM are in the same position with their shareholding as we all are, they have an investment that they want to maximise. Selling their share of AZC is probably not going to give them as big a return on their shareholding in the long term, and they would not have guaranteed access to the zircon etc. I guess it will depend on how badly they need the money, but I would have thought that if they were desperate, they would have sold out to OZC already, and let OZC front up the working capital to get the BFS completed, minimising their exposure to further debt.
They obviously consider that continuing to provide AZC with working capital will return them more in the long run.
My bet is on re-listing
