a second chance? How are all you holders going to vote for the proposal for the restructure?

I guess it's a bit hard without any details as of yet.

It seems the American merger has gone through and the private Brisbane mob is going to inject quite a bit of cash.

Based on the last Balance Sheet prepared, I'd value the shares at 30 cents a pop.

If we don't get at least what the accountants think it's worth, I reckon we should reject the proposal.
