I was trading in and out of ton myself (still has 80 shares for 3 post rule) at ton, boyle ran the show we whereas there is greater management expertise in adv. the key to getting the best out of an employee is in having the right controls and identifying a role he excels at. it took ton until late last year to get some serious experience onto the board it seemed the company got carried away with the hype. one thing people forget with Boyle's record - he took the sp to 90 c. from a trading perspective. the sustainability is based purely on FA coming through. with juniors this is always a risk. the key is to cash in when able. forget the man focus on the sp.
