Yes, I believe that the law be upheld.
But as mentioned, you do not have to give info to anybody who demands it at any given time. Both MJ and Test have no official standing. They can only ask in private capacity.
If you refuse to give info, then they may inform ASIC. Unless the case is a big one, ASIC wouldn't bother, I think. And I am not the only one either who thinks that.
If someone asks me then I would direct that person at certain posts if I have the time.
If he becomes unruly, then he may have to wait, as simple as that.
