This court proceeding is about who has right to mine what. You should be aware that Savanna is challenging EPL3045 (no impact on AA) and "alternatively" EPL3345 (impacts on AA).
This needs to be put to rest ASAP......
Maybe someone can ask NM what the expected timelines are for this case. At the last AMEC conference in Melb, someone asked if the case would have any impact on the Canadian placement and he was quick to dismiss it with a simple 'no'. Got the feeling he didn't want to discuss the matter any further.
