I agree. If an agreement has not been reached, am I too naive to think they would at least inform their shareholders on any delays or hiccups in distribution? that doesn't seem too unreasonable in my eyes...

Or perhaps this hasn't occurred for the sole reason that an agreement is on, however will be solidified a bit later than anticipated. Therefore directors are 'allowing' us to cry a little now cause they know we'll be laughing later...
