Agree re website - very confusing - there are two sites - intermoco.com is for general news and use and intermoco.com.au is for customers.

As we speak they both being revamped into one - hitting on either will direct you to same.

Current INT policy re announcements re contracts won are to be restricted to orders received only.

Re whirlpool - it was also taken up by me at the time and I was assured by management that it was a user who was using so much broadband on a site it left nothing for anyone else. There had to be physical changes made to choke the user so they could no longer continue doing so.

Follow up on contract announcements soonest.
