While I am aware that some other people are downthumbing your posts, I applaud you for stepping up and taking the time to post.

I applaud INT for allowing the initiative of a director to do so.

I think I see a change in the making, and I hope it is so.

There are so many people who are carrying so much baggage from the past, that they do not see or even recognise that this company is being managed differently, and the sooner they realise this, the better.

I am currently satisfied enough to put a sizeable amount of money where my mouth is, and to the doubters, if you are not happy then sell up, and move on, or otherwise find something that can help instead of just gripe after gripe after gripe.
