The sp is next to nothing. All the shareholders want to see are:

- Increase revenue.
- Reduction in expenses (Directors Salaries!!!).
- Profit for once in a lifetime.

How long has it been since the restructure? If the management cannot achive the above within the 5 years term, they should not get remunerated at all!
