interesting simon and in the main i agree, but when we are told via asx ann such things as 16mill dollar CONTRACT early 2009, well one would think we have the right to expect those figures to :

a)hit the P&L in the years quoted

b)receive adequate asx explanation as to why that was not the case

build a bridge etc is something one mite say to a 'friend' , but business is business right? obligations exist and so does duty of care of ALL directors?

u and i are well aware that the above example mentioned is only one of many. so i say to you, provide adequate explanation via same forums that initial CONTRACTS were spruiked from.. then perhaps ur wish above may well come true.
