I do not disagree with anything that you say. However, if a company representative was to come onto the forum to clear up a misconception, like with OEL, I do not think that I would have a problem with that. So long as it did not interfere with the job at hand - which is to make money!

In my opinion INT, or any other business, only needs to focus on three interrelated things.

Clients - Ultimate professionalism down to making sure that one says Yes rather than Yeh. It all helps to create a standard.
Contacts - It does not matter how smart you are, if you do not have connections who will work with to achieve your goals then you will go nowhere.
Concepts - You could call this R&D but it could also be considered downtime to think about the job that you are doing and how your product/services could better serve the market.

If INT is not making money, in my opinion, then it is failing on all of the above.
