And who owns the spectrum? The Chinese. And if they decide that it is no longer available for QTK's transponders? Charts do not look like QTK's for no reason, regardless of how believable the story sounds.
The ASX is littered with "Believable" stories with nothing actually eventuating. What is really hard for me to understand is that Billbixby and Smuggler claim to know a lot more than most in this QTK thread, but there must be many other people outside of this forum, including staff, friends of the management, etc and they are not buying QTK in significant amounts at all. Why not? Why are they waiting, but Smuggler is buying all he can?
