You could use the proceeds to buy into WAM Microcap (WMI), run by the same people and currently trading at around 4-5% premium to NTA as compared with over 25% premium to NTA for WAX. I think a lot of WAX shareholders (including me) sold down WAX and used the proceeds to take part in the recent WMI IPO, which would explain the drop in WAX's price in the lead up to the WMI IPO a couple of weeks ago. Now I'm debating whether to sell even more WAX given the rebound in price back to significant premium, but will always keep at least some.
