What would be the basis for you complaint. That management consistently overestimated and downgraded profits, spruced profit potential more than could be warranted by facts and refused to provide information on the real risks involved in violating debt covenants. Also management over expanded and bought new companies even as it's debt was spiraling out of control and profit margins were shrinking. Anything else to add and is this enough?
