Thats kinda stating the obvious.
Not withstanding the merits of the case itself, given the action by Capri and ASIC's involvement it may be in the personal interests of the Directors of MZN to hope this 'goes away' but the genie is out of the bottle and I suspect this may no longer be an option for them.
