lol, so no evidence then, you've answered my question........you are only seeing it from your/KDR's point of view and speculating.

There maybe an investigation underway, but there might not..........we will find out eventually.

If I had complained to the ASIC about KDR withholding info about a deal with MZN, then I followed it up with them I'm sure I would have got the same response, does that mean an investigation is now underway on KDR, but the ASIC can't say anything as they don't want to comment on potentially market sensitive activity??
