The shorters have been pretty active pushing down the price ahead of this report and LT investors have been waiting to read the report ahead of investing. Now that it is out and in my opinion is decent, there should be some positive reaction tomorrow.
If you ignore all the noise, PDN has managed to make money (positive cash flow) even though uranium prices are where they are. If you go by what B has suggested the shut down of KM should add increase cash flows.
