I am against the performance shares based on the sub standard performance of this company, the slide in the share price, lack of timely communication to shareholders and simply sitting on funds which could be put to better use, however can someone advise if there is a price the performance shares must get too before they are in the money or is it a case that here are shares because somehow management have achieved those lofty performance targets
