Putting Sugar Zone on care and maintenance and concentrating on exploration did indeed blindside me. However, if this Canadian mine can eventually produce high grade >100 000 oz/year, it will have been worth it. I have backed up this belief by purchasing 40 000 shares yesterday.
Also, if the price of gold goes up as pundits suggest, the reduced annual rate will more than compensate the annual cash build.
There is still a rosey shimmer on my glasses.
PS. The Canadians will know Australians really mean business after their football team was dismantled by the Matildas last night.
