I am not sure Myer can survive in it's current format from here. I am a bit of a different beast in that I look more deeply into companies than most people. I went to Myer recently to buy about $10k-$15k worth of goods via a gift registry. After a lot of stuffing around it became evident that Myer simply could not satisfy our requirements regarding purchase and delivery and, as a result we went to another vendor.
If a business cannot handle an easy sale of that size how can they ever expect to survive in an era of point and click shopping?
I am not sure Myer can survive in it's current format from here....
