I agree the Chairman has to go but if he goes after King it's a no go IMO, Chairman has to go down for blindly backing the "New Myer" strategy so strongly without even understanding it, only a few months later it was evident it was just not what it was touted to be, no help to anyone to have a yes man come in as Chairman, a good Chairman would reserve judgement and then take appropriate action when it was clear it was not what he was being told by management.
Personally what I would like to see is Sol as Chairman (wouldn't happen IMO) with King as CEO, I would like to see both men buying on market personally (ie; Sol not using PMV), King should also be able to afford a few $Million, I'm surprised he hasn't done this already as if he is even remotely successful a takeover in the next few years for over $1 (per share ) would be walk in the park.
