I just wrote to Solomon Lew and expressed my support to spill the board. Letting the banks have so much power over the company is a disgrace. It is high time directors stopped putting their own interests ahead of shareholders.
I shared with Solomon these articles about other companies on the ASX where shareholders have been screwed by banks and what could appear as a collusion between banks and directors to transfer wealth from shareholders to banks.
