Does anyone know if the option has been exercised ?

"On 16 June 2006, Geodynamics entered into a Deed of Settlement (Deed) with Century Drilling Limited
regarding the loss in October 2004 of part of the drill string used on Habanero #2 (refer to the 2005
Annual Report and December 2005 Half Year Report for further background). Under that Deed,
Geodynamics has been granted a call option to engage Century to provide future drilling services to the
Company. If Geodynamics exercises the Call Option before 31 August 2006, and provided a Drilling
Services Agreement is entered into within 14 days of exercising the call option, Century is required to no
later than 5.5 months later deliver a rig to provide drilling services, If Geodynamics does not exercise the
call option by 31 August 2006, it is required to pay Century $300,000 by 14 September 2006."
