i wonder if all the penny pinching profit takers who indulged in the recent spp are all out yet. they got in the spp at 20c and have been taking 21c and 21.5c on about 25000 shares , so they took anything from $250 to $350 profit. the fools dont know what they`ve sold.
i am picking up some more as they get out.
if you look at the fact that Cash Card with 5000 atm `s was gobbled up by first data years ago for A$350 mILL. and compare to CUS [now with 5000 atm`s] market cap at 22 cents is A$250,mill.
then CUS is currently undervalued by the market by A$100 MILL which equates to about 10 cents too low a share price., just on capitilisation comparison.
on top of that asset prices have gone thru the the roof since first data paid A$350MILL for 5000 atm`s
that only makes CUS cheaper again.
on top of that again cus has a decent partnership in Strategic Payments System SPS with bendigo bank and mastercard international and this is an improving investment.
with the extra revenue to soon kick in from the newly purchased BOQ atm`s from the macquarie bank that will swell their bottom line.
then on top of all the above CUS ASIA is the major shareholder in fintronics asia who has contracts with 20 chinese banks to deploy 6000 atm`s
CUS ASIA intial investment of $20 mill has already doubled.
then, a bit later, beginning 2008, as all the atm`s are migrated over to SPS and reduction in direct costs from moving off existing services providers to SPS, the bottom line will swell cosiderably all over again.
then when they are migrateing over, CUS has stated there is a potential for signiificant service fee upside. This will all be reflected in the 200 million plus EFT transactions per annum have been committed by the SPS founders.
Customers has also stated that they are interested to deploy kiosks which could provide arange of products such as mobile phone top ups, smart card reloads, ticketing, billl payments, licenses etc.
Customers atm`s are predominatley in pubs, clubs, hotels, petrol stations and retailers where cash is a prime requirement of the atm user.
customers now have more atm`s than any of the major banks, CBA looks on a chart to have about 3000, and WBC, NAB, ANZ, STG, less than 2000 each.
So why would you sell them now for a lousy $300 dollars profit ?
