Theres is some good stuff in there (trends, price action) mixed in with a bit of rubbish (TV ads, etc).
Congratulations, nevertheless, on a system that is (I presume) working for you. One thing to watch out for is that systems that seem to work for a couple of years (usually during a single market trend leg) will suddenly stop being successfull when the market trend changes. This is evidenced by the "provable" claims of many of the "black box" systems.
One of my little sayings that probably goes along with some of your stuff is A trending stock will continue in the direction of the trend untill it doesnt
