The Pluto pipeline will not have capacity for the addition of a field such as Artemis, or Caterina. It's not just like linking up a water network. The Pluto line may have some surplus capacity, but not for the quantities talked about for Artemis, and has totally unsuitable routing for Caterina.
Where WPL has expansion capacity for aggregation is onshore.
As for CUE's stake in Artemis. I am sure that is "likely" to be developed with the rest of the JV, and any decision to withhold it (not yet made) could just as likely be to supply domgas, or possibly even to supply Chevron.
I am not excluding the possibility that any discovery at Artemis might be fed into future Pluto LNG trains, however it would appear to me to be well outside the strategy of either Petrobras or WPL atm. Everyone likes to keep their options open though.
