Artemis is "supposedly" 12 tcf. Just how slowly do you want to produce that 12 tcf?
The Pluto trunkline is 36". There will likely be some "surplus" capacity in that, but imho nothing like sufficient for a reasonable exploitation of an additional 12 tcf. If your numbers indicate otherwise, well then that is up to you to decide.
Regardless, as I said before, tying additional fields into these multi-phase pipelines is not simple. The operational quirks of these pipelines are an integral part of the upstream field production process.
