    cos you know, a man buys the coal, needs the energy for his country- which has increasing coal demand

    then he builds the ports, then the rail lines, but he says "shucks, better not increase capacity"

    "sigh. we better not move more than 7 trains a day through qld"

    as in, people assume that he'll max out his capacity at 50m tpa

    yeah, india, it doesnt need coal

    he doesnt MAKE MORE MONEY the more coal he can bring into India, oh no.

    HIS investors wont say hey, why dont we invest to increase extraction and production capabilities for a product they can sell for say $455/t because they will have to pay linc $2.62/t on that coal wont they.

    cos australia is going to be the same in 10 years time you know. all those ports and rail lines they remind us linc investors that aren't built now, they wont be there in 10 years now will they you know. and if they do build them, they'll be sure to cap them at certain tonnages

    and of course a broke QLD govt wont find ways to help them extract more coal 'cos no, they dont make increased revenue on every tonne moved out of qld either, no
